These Terms and Conditions regulate the access, navigation, and use of the website www.nassscent.es (hereinafter, the "Website"), as well as the distance contracting of products and/or services offered by Nass Senses SL (hereinafter, the "Owner"), when this functionality is available.

The user agrees to use the Website lawfully, diligently, and in good faith. In particular, the following are prohibited:

- b) Accessing or attempting to access restricted areas without authorization.
- c) Actions that cause abnormal functioning or a disproportionate load on the systems.

The Website provides information and/or allows for the contracting of products and/or services of the Owner. The Owner strives to ensure information is clear and up-to-date. However, variations may occur due to technical reasons or stock availability.
5. Contracting, Prices, and Taxes
5.1 Contracting Process
Contracting is formalized by following the steps indicated on the Website until final confirmation, with a prior review of the order and price.
5.2 Total Prices and Taxes
Prices are shown in Euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping costs will be clearly itemized before final payment.
5.4 Price Errors
In the event of manifest typographical errors in the price, the Owner may correct them and inform the user to confirm the correct price or cancel at no cost.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days, except for products that, for health or hygiene reasons (such as unsealed fragrance oils), do not allow for return.
7. Dispute Resolution and Legislation
The European ODR Platform is not operational as of July 2025. For any prior claims, please contact web@nassscent.es. These conditions are governed by Spanish legislation.
